The High-Growth SaaS Company

A high-growth SaaS company was in need of help with clarifying their messaging and positioning. We created a Strategic Communications Playbook that included core elements like their origin story, purpose, values, audiences, core messages, and a 12-month plan. We helped them better understand who they are and how to communicate that to the market.

The company then brought Nick on staff to execute the playbook. During his time leading the Marketing Team, he helped the company realize two consecutive years of >22% growth, adding an additional $16m in ARR.

The Three National Platforms

Nick was the PR/Media Relations Director for Mars Hill (a 15,000 member, multisite church), Acts 29 (an international church planting network), and the Resurgence (an online platform with hundreds of thousands of readers) at their height.

He directed communication campaigns, secured the lead pastor a regular column at the Washington Post and directed the content for it, garnered national and local news coverage in outlets such as CNN, ABC, USA Today, Loveline, Relevant, & the Seattle Times.

Nick also oversaw social media channels with hundreds of thousands of followers, acted as a spokesman and aided in crisis communication.
