The award-winning creative agency
An award-winning marketing agency was in a phase of rapid growth. They were in need of creating trust and cohesion among the team as they prepared to onboard new employees and clients.
Our afternoon-long workshop brought trust through greater team and self-awareness, unity through a common language, and confidence through practical steps forward.
The company not only saved thousands of dollars spent on time having meetings resolving conflicts or onboarding new members, their earning potential increased as they were able to take on a record number of clients due to the unity on the team.
The multiplying, multi-site church
A church had expanded to multiple locations, with more on the horizon. They were in need of strengthening the relationships of the existing leadership team and assessing emerging leaders.
Our morning-long workshop built unity among the team and, having knowledge of the leadership team’s goals and dynamics, over the next year we helped assess and onboard new leaders.
The church saved thousands of dollars that would’ve been the consequence of putting team members in ill-fitting roles, on conflict resolution, and by establishing healthy rhythms to keep team members functioning at a high level for longer rather than burning out. They were able to accomplish record milestones toward their mission due to greater team unity and team members put in roles best suited for them.
The plan
1. Discovery
It all begins with a 20-minute discovery call where we understand your pain points and goals. We then provide a proposal to you with multiple options for you to choose from.
2. Learn
We train your team, assessing their relational strengths, weaknesses, team dynamics, leadership dynamics, and provide practical steps for growth. Each participant receives a packet that features a report of the entire team’s personality dynamics to reference in the future.
3. Apply
Without coaching support, many people learn but don’t follow through. With the support of coaching, the insights around self-awareness, team dynamics, and the leadership pipeline have a greater likelihood of both short and long-term success.
We will be available to you, key leaders, or new team members to facilitate growth and transformation from applying the lessons from the workshop.
