We believe the world needs more purpose-driven leaders. We need leaders of conviction and purpose who use their creative power for the good of those they lead.
However, we know the danger for purpose-driven leaders is to compartmentalize their lives in pursuit of their goals. It is not uncommon for visionary leaders to achieve professionally at the expense of that which is most valuable - their own souls, health, marriages, and families.
We believe purpose-driven leaders are at their best when they're leading from a place of integration - where they're growing professionally, personally, and relationally.
Many coaches or consultants specialize in one sphere, our decades of experience and training enable us to address all three. The Integrated Leader Path is a customizable curriculum for 1:1 executive coaching that helps purpose-driven leaders grow as the leaders their businesses, teams, and families need.

1. Discovery
It all begins with a 20-minute discovery call where we discuss your pain points, goals, and agree if we're a good fit.
2. Growth
The Integrated Leader Path helps purpose-driven leaders grow by bringing together Emotional Intelligence, your story, strategy, and topics that support your goals. We structure our coaching in six month packages with two meetings per month. This gives you both duration and frequency that helps you generate momentum.
3. Impact
Without coaching support, many people learn but don’t follow through. Our clients have experienced outcomes like renewed purpose and vision, increased revenue and garnered promotions, and increased the quality of their most important relationships.
