THe LEad Together Cohort

A Unique Opportunity for Couples

Many couples feel disunified, inadequate, unprepared, or reactive because of the relentless demands of leadership, work, and family, particularly in the midst of change.

This cohort is couples-centric and focused on practical leadership. The majority of training available is for individuals; this cohort is for couples.

The content is focused on practical leadership. If couples are struggling in their marriage, they can get counseling; there currently is no specifically practical offering to help them lead better together. This cohort aims to change that.

This coaching cohort will unify husbands and wives in leadership by equipping them with practical leadership skills so they can face the opportunities in front of them with a renewed sense of unity, purpose, and a plan together.

Essential Questions

How can we best lead out of who we are individually and together?
In the first two meetings we look at your wiring individually, together, and identify your shared purpose.
Where are we headed in this next season?
In the middle two sessions you identify your shared vision and values.
How we are going to get there together?
In the final two meetings you create a 6 month, 90 day, and 30 day plan and learn a new leadership skill selected by the group.

Five Star Reviews From Couples Like You

The Lead Together Cohort surfaced the value and Kingdom-impact my wife and I bring to others. So much of our shared ministry in church planting has been in service of supporting one another’s individual ministry. The Lead Together Cohort gave us fresh vision, tools, and tangible steps for leading together with intentionality. Highly recommend!

"*5 out of 5* Learning to ask the question “how do others experience me?” is extremely helpful! I have asked my husband and children and this insight has allowed me to grow leaps and bounds in my own self-awareness. I am thankful for this small but powerful question."

“My wife and I have been married for 16 years.  We've gone through many different forms of leadership training, but have never brought it into the perspective that this cohort lays out.  We've led many things in the past but have never utilized each of our strengths to work together and increase in effectiveness.  I'm excited for the conversations that lay ahead for my wife and I as we continue to think about the direction of our future and the things we want to commit to.”

Frequently Asked Questions

When, where, and how often does the cohort meet?

Nick and Kim will facilitate twice-monthly group meetings via Zoom.

There are 6 total sessions over 3 months with workbook questions and exercises to complete between sessions.

How much is the cohort and can I expense the investment in coaching?

The cost of the three-month cohort is $385/mo per couple.

The question of expensing the cost depends on your particular circumstances but many of our clients are able to write it off as a leadership development, training, staff investment, or general business expense.

Is there work involved outside of meeting times?

Yes, each couple receives workbooks that include questions and exercises to guide conversations between meetings. We've seen some couples have those meaningful conversations on date nights.

The ultimate outcome from the workbook is a playbook that includes the couple's purpose, values, vision, and plan.

I took another Enneagram test. Do I need to take the Relational Enneagram test?

Yes. Free Enneagram tests online often only give you your primary style number - this doesn't do a person justice. The Relational Enneagram shows how you score across all nine styles and helps us speak to the nuances of how you relate. By being in the cohort, each participant receives a 20% discount for the test.

Do you offer follow-up support?

If you'd like to continue the momentum started in this specialized coaching session, we offer Integrated Leadership Coaching packages.

Do I need to be a Christian to participate?

You do not need to be a Christian to participate. The content will be helpful to you but recognize that it was created by Christians
